To facilitate a logon to the website.  This is essential if you want to save or manage PassCodes, or take advantage of features only available to signed-in users.  We do not place cookies on your device if you don't sign in. Cookies generated from Google by services such as reCAPTCHA, are not placed by this website, and it's content is not in our control.

Compliance:
If you do not sign-in, cookies are not used on this website, we therefore do not need to offer a cookie preference.

Data we collect via the website:
We invite you to register an account on this website so that you can opt-in to communications, manage your communication preferences and use features only available with an account.

The data you provide, such as name and email address,  is stored in our database and used only to facilitate your access to this website, enable use of the API facility and to communicate via email according to your preference. We do not pass your information on to any third parties.

Through the 'MyAccount' feature, you can edit/manage the information we have for you. Very soon we will be adding the abiloity for you to delete the account, for now you should use the contact form on the website if you want your account and all the data within it deleted.

Right to be informed: This document provides the 'what', 'how' and 'why' of your personally identifiable data.

Right to be forgotten/erasure: You are able to remove all identifiable data from the website by deleting your logon account.

Right of Access: A copy of all your data will be available from the 'My Account' page, (still in development).  In the meantime, use the contact button at the top of this page to request your data, and we will email it to you.

Right of Rectification: You can update your details from the 'My Account' page, or by contacting us using the contact button on the top of this page.
